Temple...I think yes!

*Warning: Long email*

This week was zone conference and it was all centered around Christ, it was a good reminder that it truly is all about Him. We set a lot of goals to become better and to improve, and I was starting to lose my focus, but it truly is all centered around Christ. And what it comes down to is if you feel the spirit then you are doing good, if you don't feel the spirit then get to the point where you can feel, listen, and recognize the spirit, that is my invitation to you.

We were able to go Redlands to the temple after zone conference too! Judy and Donna both decided to be baptized proxy for their moms. The spirit was so strong and they both said they felt that they helped their moms. And now they feel an urgency to help the rest of their family and can't wait to receive more knowledge by receiving their endowments in a year.

Norbu is progressing really well and wants to be baptized. He is so funny!

Alma is loving reading the Book of Mormon and doesn't want to be baptized yet, but recognizes the spirit when we read it with her.

We were able to have a lesson with Phyllis. Her husband explained to us that he wasn't interested in religion, so he went and watched TV in the living room. As we were teaching Phyllis the restoration her husband started to turn the volume on the TV down and eventually was in the hallway by the kitchen. still watching TV but you could tell he was listening :).

We started teaching two new people this week. So cool miracle: The area book here is a mess (area book is what keeps the people that missionaries talk to in order so no one is forgotten or left behind). So Sister Newell and I decided to start calling every number in the book to see if anyone was interested in hearing a message. And lo and behold, Vincent answered and said we could come over on Sunday. So we went over and he explained he had met with missionaries in the past and then life got crazy and he lost contact with them. We were able to teach him the restoration again and he told us he felt the spirit so strongly and that he could not deny it. He knew that there was a prophet on the earth today.

Awesome right?? 

My very limited Spanish was very handy this week too :).

It was a great week. This gospel is so true! So chose the right! Because there is no other path to take than the right one.
