"There totally is a prophet today."

Hey dudes and dudettes! This week has been full of miracles!

First of all... It rained!!! It was so fun! Sister Kerby and I went out and danced!

Second of all, a super nice guy not from town, bought us hot chocolate! Most people are very persistent when they buy you stuff, they believe when they spoil missionaries they get a lot of blessings, so we were convinced :).

Also we met Donna... Donna is amazing! We recommitted ourselves to talking to everyone that the Lord puts in our path, so we did! Donna was walking her dog right as we got out of our apartment so we went and talked to her. She explained that she has been reading the Book of Mormon for a while now, and didn't know where it came from, so we taught her about the restoration and how Joseph Smith received an answer to his prayer. We committed her to pray to know if there really was a prophet called of God today. The next day we met with her and asked her if she prayed, she said she did and that "There totally is a prophet today". She is so prepared for the gospel! And so sweet! She pretty old, but believes that she has never been baptized because she has never met us, and that it is never to late to be baptized. She came to church on Sunday too!

This ward is incredible! And was so welcoming. Transfers are next week, so we will see where I go next, or if I stay.

This church truly is Christ's restored church! So choose the right! Cause it is the only right way to go ;).

"Also, I love SoCal!!! There are so many different types of people! It is so cool! Just in this ward alone there are people from Singapore, Thailand, Peru, Mexico, it is so fun! So we get lots of different fun foods! This place is pretty legit :)"
